We like to say no, but sometimes we're too nice. It all depends on the garment, best route is to bring it in and see if it's something we can decorate!

This answer varies by the type of project. Read below for more information regarding file types for specific services, and please contact us with any questions or for more information. Screen Print: We need an Adobe Illustrator file (.ai or .eps). If your file is not already setup to be produced such as a .JPEG, .PNG, or you are having us produce the design there will be a $15 art fee per half-hour needed to recreate the artwork. We will try to make you aware of the art fee ahead of time if we think we your artwork will incur art charges. Embroidery: If you have your embroidery file, please send the file to us (.DST, .CND, .PXF, etc.) If you do not have an embroidery file set up, we recommend that you send us your artwork in the highest quality format available. We will then determine if it needs further editing before being digitized. Unlike screen printing and heat press, we can digitize from a wider variety of file types and formats. Standard Designs are a one time $30 digitizing fee. For more complex designs, we will discuss the options. This is not the North Pole, there are not elves working in the backroom. If you need it sooner than our 2-3 week turnaround we can add a rush charge to bump it up on the production line! If you are looking for Center Grove spiritwear, stop by our shop for goods you can get same day!

From art approval, production time is 10-14 days on heat press, screenprint, and embroidery orders. If you are ordering sublimation or promotional products, turnaround time varies by product.

Did we call or email you? Then probably not. We will contact you, we promise. If you ordered on an online store, we do not get those orders in production until the store CLOSES. Then you are looking at a 2-3 week production.
